Notice of PFYC AGM - 15 September Hi, The 2018 AGM will be held at the clubhouse, 1 Griffiths St Port Fairy at 2.00pm Saturday 15th of September. All committee positions will be elected on and fees for next season will be set at the AGM. A BBQ is planned beforehand, from 12:00 onwards, so that we can have a bit of a social catchup. Importantly, there will also be a club planning session following the AGM to look at ways that we can do things a bit differently. The activities for next season will be up for discussion along with future directions of the club, all with an eye to keeping existing members happy and attracting new members. Having as many ideas and people there as possible would be great. Nominations for club officers and general committee and proxies are attached via links below. They are due in the club's mail box (PO Box 57, Port Fairy 3284) by Friday 14th September or completed scanned copies can be emailed to me (adam.pope@deakin.edu.au) and brought to the meeting.
